Sublimation printing is a process where a computer printer uses heat to transfer dye onto materials. It is used to print photographic and full colour images with excellent clarity. Sublimation is also great for sportswear as the dye absorbs into the fabric so there is no weight or stiffness in the fabric that a screen print or embroidery would cause. Below are some examples of what we can do.
Sublimating on umbrellas: There is a large area so the branding is very visible
Sublimated Towels: Again, large branded area with crisp detail. We can do towels in a lightweight compact microfibre (as shown below) and a luxurious terry towel. In any sizes and low minimums.
Sublimated Lanyards: Nothing new here, but a nice budget friendly option. You can get brilliant detail on a small area.
Sublimated Bucket Hat: Very trendy all over sublimated printed bucket hat that is reversible. So you can choose to be bold and wear the sublimated side out or if you're a bit more conservative you can wear the plain side out. It will appeal to a broarder client base if they have the option.
